music isn't always just rock, country, pop, alternative, classical, ect. music can sometimes get used in a way of representing a country, representing what the country is about. National anthems are all different and unique in their own way.... a way one country might represent themselves in their national anthem might be completely different from another. today i'm going to showcase National Anthems from around the world. im going to include the title of the anthem and when it was created.

1. United States:"The Star Spangled Banner" Written in 1814.

2. United Kingdom:"God Save The Queen" Written in 1745.

3. France: "La Marseillaise" Written in 1792.

4. Canada: "Oh Canada!" Written in 1880 but became officially the national anthem in 1980.

5. Australia: "Advance Australia Fair" Written in 1878 but was not officially the national anthem until 1984.

6. Germany: "Deutschlandied"Written in 1848.

7. Denmark: " Der er et yndigt land" written in 1844.

8. Japan: "Kimigayo"Written in 1868 but wasnt used until 1888.

9. China:"March of the Volunteers" Written in 1935.

10. New Zealand: "God defend New Zealand" Written in 1876.

These are a few national anthems from around the world. i hope to post the history on all of them in the next blog post.
